I am feeling overwhelmed. Can you help me? Yes! I am here to help! I love working with clients and helping them to create calm out of chaos. Scroll down to choose the package that works best for you.
Do you work with kids? Yes! I love working with kids! I have taught and tutored students ranging from elementary age through high school. I love teaching kids how to fold, tidy and be responsible for their own belongings. Giving kids ownership of their space and treasured possessions is so important in their growth and development. I also have tons of experience working with newborns, babies, and toddlers, and I have training as a postpartum doula. I love helping expectant and new moms set up nurseries and reorganize their spaces to fit their new needs.
Will you make me throw out my favorite things? Of course not! You decide which items to keep or not. I will support you as you move through that process, asking questions to help you to reflect on why you want to keep certain things, what your goal is for your space, and how that space will support your lifestyle. There is no pressure from me about which items you should keep. I will also recommend places where you can donate items.
Will I need to buy a lot of organizing bins? Probably not! I highly recommend waiting before buying any new tools for organizing. This step comes at the end, not at the beginning. Often, clients find that they already have what they need once we go through the decluttering process. If, at the end, you would like to make some purchases, then you can find some that you really love for your new space.
Can you teach me how to fold? Of course! Choose a DIY/hourly session below. Marie Kondo's methods of folding and storing clothes vertically has been a big hit. I would be more than happy to work with you one-on-one to show you her method and find some folding techniques that work best for you.
